From your first contact with our office, to making an enquiry to your clean-up after installation, you will be provided with first class customer service at all times. Your entire process with All Seasons Synthetic Turf is completed by people who truly care about your experience.

How Does The Supply And Install Procedure Work?

Your first port of call is speaking to one of our admin staff, who will answer your questions and make recommendations on the information you provide. We always encourage our customers to come and see our displays, to see the most popular turfs in our range, in beautifully landscaped gardens.

Once we have booked you in for a quotation, we will liaise with you on the day to confirm an ETA, then meet you promptly on site. We will measure your area and listen to your specific needs and wants and provide our recommendations. If you have visited our showroom you may already know what product you want, if not, we will happily show you our full range of synthetic turf and also leave you with some samples.

What happens once you decide to proceed?

If you proceed with your turf installation, our team at the office will get into action, preparing all of the paperwork and our installation manager will coordinate with you on when your job will be installed, by who, and what time the installation team will arrive. If you have any delays or we have unfortunate weather delays on our end, we will liaise with you on a regular basis to keep you updated.

What happens on the day of the installation?

Your installation manager on the day will call you when they leave our warehouse, with an ETA (traffic permitting) when they arrive. They will introduce themselves and go through the job sheet and drawings to confirm the work ahead. Once the job is complete, our installation team will do a thorough site clean and will get you to inspect the installation before you sign off on everything.

What happens after my install has been completed?

Our installation team will come back to our showroom and hand over the paperwork to our operations manager, who will process the documents and pass them on to our admin team, who will then follow up with you the next day. This is a courtesy call to ensure you love your new lawn and have received an updated invoice for payment. Once payment has been received, we will then send you a receipt.
